Freej

Terms of Use

Template last updated 28 August 2026. Obtain Bahrain legal review before launch.

Platform role

Freej helps customers discover home cafés and submit orders for physical food and drink. The café—not Freej—is the seller and is responsible for accepting, preparing, delivering, and fulfilling orders. Freej does not receive customer money or confirm direct/manual payment.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must be authorized to operate, maintain all licences and registrations required in Bahrain, provide truthful business information, keep menus and prices accurate, comply with food-safety and consumer rules, and fulfil accepted orders. Merchants must own or have rights to uploaded text and images and may not list prohibited, illegal, unsafe, misleading, or infringing content.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. A café may reject an order for legitimate fulfilment reasons. Product availability, preparation time, pickup, delivery, and manual payment arrangements are the café’s responsibility. Freej does not guarantee every café or item will always be available.

Moderation

We may review, suspend, restrict, or remove businesses, accounts, listings, and content that violate these terms, create safety risks, or fail platform verification and moderation requirements. Users can report café content from the app.

Plans and support

Free and Pro capabilities are server-controlled. V1 contains no automatic subscription or digital payment processor; administrators manually assign plans. Contacting support does not itself purchase a plan.
